Mr. Tiisetso Monareng-Ramasoga

A University of Johannesburg (UJ) Bachelor of Technology holder in Mining Engineering, Tiisetso is one of the founding directors of Kitso Ya Rona. Tiisetso has worked as a Mining Engineer and Project manager for one of the world’s largest mining companies.
Tiisetso knows how to deliver the objectives of any project within budget, schedule and scope of work. The high-pressure nature of meeting production deadlines while upholding stringent safety standards has groomed Tiisetso to keep composed and perform at a high level of efficiency regardless of the challenges that may arise.
Tiisetso is an aspiring mining magnate and captain of industry with a passion for philanthropy and excellence in black business. He has long-term plans to create multiple organizations that will alleviate unemployment and poverty while increasing access to basic education for disadvantaged communities.
Mr. Sibusiso Nkabinde
Chief Operating Officer
A University of Johannesburg Bachelor of Technology degree holder in Mining Engineering, Sibusiso is also one of the founding directors of Kitso Ya Rona. He has acquired extensive knowledge of the mining industry as well valuable experience in relatively short time. He has attained the following certificates; Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM), Shaft Sinking, Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Blasting certificate for Scheduled mines. Sibusiso is also a member of SAIMM (South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy). With such valuable knowledge and skills in place Sibusiso is in a position to oversee the running of mining operations safely and productively.
Sibusiso is a born leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to commit to a goal and see it through to completion.
